ORDER CHANGE (SIZE OR MODEL)
All orders can be modified until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change, you must contact us through our contact page within 6 business hours following payment.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Our company is not liable for the cost of returning goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return(if applicable) the unopened item or items to us in their original condition* within 10 days of receipt.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.
*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
SALE or FREE promotional items are strictly non-exchangeable and non refundable.
Damaged Product Guarantee:
- 50% refund on minor damaged products
- Full refund on major damaged products
- Proof of damaged goods to be provided to email@example.com within 7 days after you receive the products.
- Most damages are caused by the delivery process but don't worry! we always try our best to improve the packaging to ensure that your order will be delivered safely.
- If you do not receive your purchase within 45 days from shipping date, you can ask for a full refund.
- Full refund on products which get lost in transit (no recent delivery updates + delivery exceeds 45 days)
Order Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests after 24 hours will be subject to $15 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE UNSUITABLE/UNWANTED ITEM?
Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
1. First, contact us through our contact page.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Post your item to a given address. We advise the return goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more.
Also, we strongly recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund/exchange.
4. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
You can expect to receive your refund within few working days of your package return.
We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the returned products.
Packages that are shipped to a different or wrong address due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund of any kind. We may attempt to contact you if we believe that the address you provided may be incomplete or invalid, however, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address to avoid complications. If we are unable to contact you in a timely manner by phone or email we may ship your order to fulfill our shipping method deadlines. If you believe your package may be going to a different address than the one you provided us on your order you can attempt to contact the carrier and request that the package be rerouted to a local pickup location such as a post office or UPS/FedEx pickup location. Please note that these services are provided by the carrier and may incur additional fees.
If you believe that your package has been stolen please notify your local law enforcement immediately. We take lost or stolen packages very seriously any would like to assist you in opening an official investigation for missing mail. Furthermore, if you believe your package was stolen we are happy to assist you in filing any applicable U.S. Postal Inspection Service Mail Theft Complaints as tampering with mail is a federal offense. Please be advised as part of either process an official USPS Postal Investigator or UPS/Fedex Claims Agent may attempt to contact you, in person, via phone, or online to further investigate your claims. If you believe you were the victim of mail theft and have filed a police report please send us the Police Report Number so we can include it in the USPS theft investigation. Lastly, while we understand that mail theft is an issue in some areas, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen if tracking information states the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you are concerned that your area may be unsafe to accept deliveries at we encourage you to have packages delivered to secure pickup locations such as a UPS or FedEx store.
HOW TO RETURN FAULTY ITEM?
If the item you received is faulty,Shipping charge will be refunded for items which are incorrect , & please contact us through our contact page and give us your order number, your name and address, and the reason for return.
Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email.
